Can I customise my order?
You can order as many items as you wish but unfortunately, you cannot customise an individual item at this moment in time

What sizes are right for me?
On our online shop, under each product, there is a clickable Size chart per product. Select this to see the best fit for yourself.

How should I care for the products I have purchased?
All products best care is added to the tags on the products purchased. Please check these to ensure your products last.


Do I receive a referral credit if I send someone to your site?
As of now, there is no referral credit but this is something we are looking at implementing soon.

How do I pay for my products?
All purchases can be made via Credit Card and Direct Bank Deposit. Our site is secure using the latest transaction secure channels

Are there gift cards available to purchase?
Gift cards are not available at the moment but they may be available in the near future to redeem through our online store


How do I contact Dickies in South Africa?
You can send us a direct email at [email protected]  / [email protected] or you can use the contact form on the website

How do I use store credit?
Store credit will be assigned to your own account only when you have returned a product and it has been added. This will be added to your account and you will see the credit available at check out.

How do I enter a promo code?
Promo codes can be added to the cart at checkout under the promotion tab.


My tracking information says delivered but I don’t have my products?
Please contact the delivery company Fast and Furious with your tracking number.

Do I have to pay additional delivery fees?
Deliveries are at a standard Rate of R65 within Gauteng and R100 for all additional areas. IF orders placed are over R650, the delivery fee is Free.

How long should be order take to arrive?
We try to be as quick as possible. Please allow between 2 and 3 business days for main areas and up to 7 business days for outlying areas.


What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returned merchandise and refund the invoiced amount including the delivery costs (if applicable) to the card number on which the goods were purchased within 30 days of delivery.

Can I make an exchange at a Dickies Retail store?
All purchases made online can only be exchanged via our online platform

Is there any guarantee on purchases?
Each product comes with a 30-day guarantee (Excluding sleepwear, Swimwear and Underwear). If you are unhappy or have ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange the item if the item is returned undamaged and in the original order.
